I want to put my remote start into my 05 MCS, but I bought the car used and only got one key for the car. Has anybody done or have any tips on how to do the remote start with only having one key with the chip inside? Thanks!

 

Use a DEI transponder to mask the key you have. If you have an Auto trans it's a snap. If you have a manual you'll need a prox switch so you don't start it in neutral... actually if it's a manual you'll need a fre tricks to make it work...might want a pro to install it.
