Making my MCS Sportier

What can I do to make my MCS more sportier?? I have a 07 Mellow Yellow With Black roof and mirrors bonnet stripes, and 17" Tires. I cant afford the JWC kit so I'm looking for more options.

Any opinions would be appreciated

Sportier how? Looks? Handling? Power? Sound? Just trying to narrow it down. There are a LOT of things you can do in different areas... for varying amounts of money.

Get an Alta intake. It's only $300 and will give you a few more horses and a cool "sporty" sound!

Sell it an buy an Elise? (just kidding)

I suggest investing in DE. Invest the money in your own skills.

Wear a tracksuit!

Really, though, the JCW wing is cool... maybe new wheels?

Paint your brake calipers.

Get a Whalen stainless steel shift ****, or one of my wooden *****. Next to the steering wheel, this is a major part in your driving experience.

Aesthetic Creations has a bunch of little goodies to add bling.

New set of rims (Appears you have S-Lites which are nice but not so sporty looking, IMO) and checkerboard those mirror caps.

Well now

Let me help you spend some $$$.

Checkers on the mirrors.

Nice viper stripes full body bonnet to boot, see AC or one of the other great NAM vendors.

Alta cat-back exhaust (for the sporty sound and bit more power)

Nice set of wheels in brilliant black, some nice wheels are available and not to hard on the pocket or you can spend a bundle. Go light weight 16s and new UHP non-runflats.

Tint on the windows as dark as is legal in your area or what you think you can get away with.

CAI multiple options are coming out or are out already.

Rear Sway for a bit more control, unless you have the SS.

On and on....

Its hard to beat adding the JCW aero kit for sporty-ness in the looks department. That or a good set of stripes.

Racing Stripes, painted calipers

Take a DE class and suddenly what you have right now will be much more sportier

kevinminict,

Can't argue with any of the suggestions listed in this thread but Chowsie is right.

Look fast = Add bling

Be fast = Improve the driver's skill level.

Where do you want to be?

Enjoy & Motor On!

HAHA Thanks for the Info!!! I currently dechromed the front grill to black I think it added alot. Maybe the CAI intake seems easy to do, I youtubed it and it sounds sick. I realllly want the JCW kit but can't afford that now.

I agree...wheels (light ones) would be a good addition both for performance and looks.

Kevin-
the black out front grill will do wonders for the look. I can also vouch for black wheels, that's what i did and have been very happy with the look...look in my galley.

My next mod will be a full set of Viper stripes running all the bottom to the front and back aprons.

P.S By the way, I will finish your photshop project this weekend.
