This company Dension must be going out of business. After repeated calls and repeated emails I have gotten ZIP Help! They have not even suggest sending it in for some sort of evaluation.

Now I have to listen to crappy FM radio, ECH! I guess it's Sirius which is way too expensive for the crappy reception. :(

Didn't Dension discontinue the IceLink and IceLink+ when the DICE interrface came out?

 

The ice>Link was a great product............when it worked. Dension pulled out of the US over 18 months ago, along with their support. The DICE was redesigned from the ground us with the ice>Link's faults in mind and is a much more stable system.

The kits you see on eBay are liquidated product or returns from Best Buy that were packages in 2005. The kits are not recommend as they frequently cause ibus problems.

We still provide limited support for the ice>Links, but fully support the DICE kits.
