Anyone here near charlotte?
I am gonna buy my MINI at the hendrick MINI here in charlotte and I need some tips on bartering. I'm trying to get a really good price on the car cause I always like saving money.
Tip #1 - Don't Hold Your Breath
This is my second MINI and about the best you can hope to do is get them to move about $500 off the sticker. Of course, this does not include the 'free' floormats.
Don't worry you are still getting a Great Car, and if you ever do decide to sell it...resale values are
I'm here in Charlotte, and bought from them. They're not big on cash off, however, there is leeway on floor mats, boot mats, key chains, shirts, oil changes and the like, if you ask nicely! ;-) Seriously, it's more about being cool than trying to pressure them, they're not that kind of crowd. They're a great bunch. We bought a Lexus the same month, and I kid you not the buying experience was about the same! Well, except for the bottom line. ;-)
Its hard to barter with a great selling car with one of the highest re-sale in the industry. Try for free floor mats, hats etc. I have bought 3 and thats about all you get, except one fine little driving machine! Don't forget to join our club and come out and do some Mini Stuff with some MiniManiacs! Luke
