Here's our new family member.



I'm Brad, from Tuscaloosa. My folks brought this baby home on Saturday... She's an '05 with only 6,200 miles - hardly used. We've been zooming about quite a bit, but besides our neighbor's yellow '05, have yet to see another Cooper on the road.

It's sort of become a game, now, looking for a fellow Mini. I was wondering, last night, if there are any little secret handshakes or lamp flashes that you guys have when you happen across another Mini? I figured that if I saw another Coop, I'd just flick the lower running lamps on/off if it were night time, and wave if it were daylight.

We love the car so much, we find ourselves going out of our way and taking the long way home.

there is not many MINIs in my town either probably about 13 and i hardly pass one while driving my MINI. now when i'm in my work van i pass some from time to time. i have yet passed one at night so i wouldn't know what to do.
