Sirius Module - part number?

I installed a BMW Sirius module for my 2003 M3 and really, i'd like to just pull it out and put it in my (to be) new MCS. Many of the BMW modules are plug and play and work in the 3's 5's and 7's. I wonder if this module will plug right into the MINI harness... since it appears to be mostly BMW e90 electronics (that may be a slight exaggeration... but I bet it is 95%).

Does anyone know the part number for the Sirius module?

The OEM Sirius add on is not yet currently available. At least according to my dealership as of last Friday when I took delivery of my MCSa. I had asked for a friend of mine who has been waiting for the OEM unit.

My MA told me last week that the reason the dealers don't have the install yet is that the equipment is or has been redesigned and their waiting for the approved install directions. It sounds like the hardware is ready but they don't know the best way to install yet. This is what I took from her email.

Yes, I have the OEM Sirius as well, but I got it factory installed. It only became available from the factory with the builds starting in I think the second week of June, mine completed production on 6/26.

However, the all R56s came pre-wired for them so those that ordered Minis earlier in the year that want to get a satellite radio either need to go with aftermarket units or get the add in from the dealer, which as of last Friday I was told was not yet available.

It should just plug in, I think it plugs in to a connector in the driver's side compartment of the boot. I have something installed there, I haven't looked too closely yet to see what it is though.
