Call Moss MINI and see if they have R56 versions yet. They carry a variety of cover types for the MINI.

Perhaps if you had included "car cover" in you Subject, rather than this stealth title, you would have gotten more response.

Before you know it, a thread title like this one could attract kenchan. He'd recommend Hydro.

More MINIs than garage stalls... Just got this one in the mail two days ago:

Sorry, that's the best pic I could do right now, and it's not their MINI cover. But I can attest that it fits perfectly.

Here's the info on this cover, the best they make:

We started with a technologically advanced, single layer fabric that provides exceptional protection against rain, snow, dust, UV degradation and condensation. We then created custom-tailored patterns to fit your model. And finally, we added features you won't find on any other car cover: Removable, adjustable nylon straps front and rear for maximum security in high winds; a lifetime warranty (most covers have a warranty of only a year or two); and the Bavarian Autosport logo embroidered (not screen printed) front and rear. The result is a car cover that is lighter in weight, easier to use, better fitting, longer lasting and more compact than any cover we know. On top of that we throw in a steel cable lock kit and a storage bag.

And finally, here's the linkage:
