spring install

How hard is installing m7 springs? Im 16 years old tomorow and work on cars alot and want to try and do it on my own...I saw a video for a DIY rear sway bar...very helpfull...is there a video or very detailed instructions for the spring install ?

If you do a search on here for spring installs there is a thread with pics and instructions that is very good. I used it to install mine and it went very well. Just don't be in a hurry and make sure you have all the tools needed before you start. There is a list of what you will need on the thread. Sorry I don't remember the thread name right now but it is very helpfull and the install process is the same for all springs. Good luck!
