I can tell by the palms there a member of the Palm Society ,they have a few rare ones there,the Chambironia macrocarpa for instance,ya I'm one of them.

 

so i guess tree's included in the sale?

 

for the asking price of 38k, the trees must be included!!!

A palm nut is what I'm one of. I seem to have misspelled Chambeyronia macrocarpa,Its A pinnate palm that is native to New Caledonia which is an island in the south west pacific that is french territory.It is a highly ornamental palm that grows well in tropical to temperate frost free climates,most noted for it's brilliant red frond when it opens.It,s the broad leaf palm in the left center of his yard.
