About to join the MINI-less club

Yes its true. I gotta be honest with you guys, when I bought the car. I only bought it cause it was a steal, I expected to flip it right away. But the little bugger grew on me. I put it up for sale, just to see if anyone would bite. Which ironically is what a new base model costs. Well, someone looked at it the next day, test drove it, and put a deposit down on it. I`m making a 33% profit on it, but I`m sad to see it go. Its the only car that I can honestly say puts a huge smile on my face everytime I drive it, or see it. The positive side to this story is that I can buy a new one, get a fresh warranty, and only will cost me the price of whatever options I choose. The wife and I talked about it yesterday, looks like were going to wait, and put money down on a 08 model. The debate now, is color. My old one is Electric blue/white roof & mirrors with black seats, light gray headliner. Debating between that, and the dark silver, with black roof, black interior. bye little mini.

Well, I spent the day today giving the car a full detail. Looks like a million bucks. Was my way of getting it ready for the new owner, and saying goodbye to it. I just hope she enjoys it as much as I did. Shes supposed to finalize everything tommorow, or tuesday at the latest. The plus is that it gives me a little more time with it.
