Whoa, I hope I don't offend when I say 'I don't like this very much at all'.

Reminds me of Honduhs and VDub Bugs. This is definitely not MINIesque.

Why would someone put a wing there? Yes, I'm talking to you, Subaru.

I dont like it, reminds me of all the crappy focus's and civic hatches all over my town. I think its ugly and does nothing for performance. how will the wind even touch that thing when its behind the car like that? I dont get it

But hey if you like it go for it. Theres lots of mods that aren't "MINIesque" but who says you cant do it anyways. Not all MINIs have to have rally lights or bonnet stripes. My mom laughed at me when I got my exhaust and said "Minis aren't suppose to have loud exhaust". If YOU like it then thats cool.

Humm, the pic seems to have went away...

I like my brother in law's idea best, we're going to get some sheet metal and make a giant 'outlaw' style wing for my MINI... then it'll go super-dooper-fast...

Here ya go, a few more views for your viewing pleasure.

"Sport mid hatch rear wing"

Personally, I just don't get it. Can't be functional so that makes it what, an ornament?

It would only work on the cabrio...since there will be no place to hang a spoiler on the rag top...

Not only is it the uglyest thing I have ever seen but it doesn't even match anything it just doesn't seenm like it belongs on the car. not trying to knock anyone for trying to develop new producs for an allready great looking car, but I guess they can always call it Their first "PROTOTYPE" translation will never sell and for good reason.

So how many actual pounds of downforce is really expected from this wing? Or is this wing for streamlining the MINI and giving a lower drag coefficient?

It's a shelf for holding all the trophies you'll win racing because you'll have such increased downforce.

It's actually the prototype "anti-SUV collision bumper"
