issue with 25.5mm H-sport rear swaybar

Im trying to find out if anyone else is having issues with this sway bar. Im getting a clunking in the rear everytime I go over a bump, it looks like the 25mm sway bar is rubbing on the frame. right now im on the softest setting and I also have installed H&R coilovers with about a 2 inch drop, endlinks and lower control arms.

LOOK CLOSELY

IN the center, where the bar passes thru above the sub frame-lower the sub frame back down, like when you installed the bar-on several cars we have noticed a "bulge" of sound deadening material along the center body line in there, which, when all is installed and tightened back into place, rubs on the bar. only takes a minute to slice or grind it away with the bar loose and sub frame down. ALSO we have seen where the rubber bushing grease holes were not completely through the rubber, so no matter how you tried to greae it, the inner bushing area got no grease. make sure the bushings have adequate holes through from the zerk fittings.

My first hunch is your swaybar drop-links are of a different length from stock [probably longer], causing the swaybar ends to hit the subframe. Before you can even bother tuning your swaybar drop-links for the torsion curve you're interested in, you must adjust them so you're not physically interfering with anything else.

Good luck,
Ryan
P.S. welcome to NAM
