Wow...I just caught the last part of Speed and there was a guys with a Chili Red MCS and he mentioned 550cc injectors, Borla exhaust AND puts down 260whp...anyone know which this Mini this is?

Not necessarily. Wasn't Hartge pushing 260 with the SC engine? Turbo might be easier to coax out that type of power... but I think it can be done with the SC.

 

there is one in korea with cosworth and more - obviously - kit thats putting down around that number.. Dalbi tuning i believe.. not sure if its red mcs tho

 

Apparently the guy is running a "19% pulley and a few other minor mods". 265WHP??? NOT!!! He also didnt know about the MINI world/NAM- he "is into his MINI because not many people are." OMG.

 

That's what I thought too Don... I guess who ever made this Mini can give RMW a run for the money...

the time and trap that Isellem ran would say the car was making 260 WHP.... but the dyno never showed more than 228 I think...

not saying this guy knows anything... just interesting thoughts... especially considering all the blahdee blah about HP as of late
