Fading Vinyl Roof Graphics....

When I bought my MC, I had the dealer-installed Union Jack roof graphic applied. Now, after almost 4 years, the large red cross portion in the middle of the graphic (indicated by the yellow arrows) is decidedly faded, yet the other portions are as vibrant as day one. And, of course, the warranty on this has expired. Short of replacing the entire graphic, is there any way to restore the color?

This is what happens to printed vinyl when it is exposed to sun. There is not much you can do but get a new one. I can tell you that solid color graphics will stand up better than printed ones as they are the same color all the way through.

Good luck.
