If they're not available in 195/55-16 you should go 205/50-16.
The Falken tires have higher customer ratings at 1010tires.
The Toyo Proxes 4 is a better tire than the Toyo Proxes TPT.

195/55-16 is OEM size.
205/50-16 is the size most people choose when replacing runflats with conventional tires. They offer a wider contact patch and there are a lot more choices in this size.

Sizes that fit-
195/50-16 fits rims 5.5-7" wide 23.7" tire diameter (much smaller than stock)
195/55-16 fits rims 5.5-7" wide 24.5" tire diameter (stock sized)
205/50-16 fits rims 5.5-7.5" wide 24.1" tire diameter (smaller than stock)
205/55-16 fits rims 5.5-7.5" wide 24.9" tire diameter (taller than stock)
Smaller tires register slightly higher speedometer and odometer readings and can wear a little faster. Lower profile improves sidewall stiffness and improves handling while wider tires usually weigh more but offer a little better handling. Taller tires are more comfortable for street use. 205/55-16 and 205/50-16 are very popular sizes for stock 16" rims.
