I know I can check KBB for market price on 2006 MCS JCW tuning kit/edition.

But I'm just curious, what is going market price you guys seen (if any) for these little JCW monsters?

The best price I saw on Traderonline (about 2 1/2mos. ago) was 2005 JCW with 12k miles for $31k. And last week I saw one JCW for sale at dealer (in So. Cal) for $35k with 16k.

Is this pretty much the price range for used 05/06 MCS JCW?

 

No, I've seen them in the 25k range, thats usually what they are selling for right now, check NAM on the previous sales.

 

That's a great deal, especially if it has low miles.

Because I usually lurk the car ads once or twice a week, and I have not seen any (specifically a 2006 JCW model) below $29k with low miles.

 

My 2006 JCW, new, was about $31K.

No premium, cold, or convenience packages.

Got the sport and chrono package and the iPod adapter.

So for a used one, there's a baseline.

 

There is a brand new 06 MCS JCW with just about every JCW item you can get for $35K at Flow MINI in Winston Salem, NC. It's been reducedto 35k but I would be surprised is some further reduction wasn't availible as it's now June 07 and that's on 06 model (even better for some us).

 

I got my 05 for 21, so I'm guessing a few grand above that?

 

Here is a 05 JCW Link I called the dealer and they told me they'd sell it for $23,000 even.

 

$25-26K when I was considering one a few months back.

There are higher asking prices out there, for sure. But I pretty much found that to be the ballpark selling price for the 3 I looked at. 2 of the three were pretty close to what I was looking for with Cold, Sport and Premium pachages. Leatherette and no sound.

There are a couple 06's in the ares in the $31-32 range... but they've been sitting at the two dealers for close to 6 or 7 months now, so...
