Some Qs on RCAs for primarily street use?

Ok, I'm sure this has been done to death, but after about 4 hours or so of reading through search result I still don't feel quite comfortable enough to make a decision on which rear control arms will wind up having the longest lifespan, least effect on ride quality, and introduce the least noise on my MINI.

This car is a daily driver and will see only extra spirited street use 95% of the time, a few autocrosses a year, and possibly a couple of DEs if I have the money. I'd probably only be getting the lower arms as I think I should be OK with stock toe in the rear. I would be shooting for a -2 camber, 1/16" or so toe out front (camber plates are on my list), -1 camber, no toe rear. I don't plan on dropping the car more that 3/4" - 1", maybe less.

My impression so far is that I definitely want a bushed design rather than heim joints which as far as I have seen limits me to IE or H-Sport. It also seems like I should plan on removing them every 5-6K mi. for lubing, and replacing the bushings every 20K or so.

Am I missing other options? Can I get my desired rear camber out of the '06 stock control arms?

TIA

I have the H-sport arms, and they have Zerk fittings so they can be greased without removing them. I've only had them on for about 5,000 miles, so I can't comment on their lifespan, but they're fairly quiet (not totally silent, though - I don't think any poly bushings will be completely quiet).

I can't comment directly on how they affect the ride, because I put a big swaybar and fairly-stiff coilover shocks on the car at the same time I installed the lower control arms.

After I install adj camber plates, I had (06 mini) aligned. I requested and got -1.5 front and -1 rear. The -1 rear was about the limit of positive adjustment possible. I have stock suspension at stock ht.
FWIW
