Just a reminder... only 16 days left to make your hotel reservation! Make them ASAP... I believe there are less than 8 rooms left.
The run map for Day One has been revised slightly to accomodate better scheduling of food and breaks. Day Two should remain unchanged. Day 3 will be revised shortly. Day 4 has a revised destination for lunch. Please make your hotel reservations by July 31 if you want guaranteed rates and want to stay with the group.

Okay Girls & Boys,
Today is the last day to make hotel reservations with the group at the group prices. We reserved 20 rooms and I believe 18 rooms (20-22 cars) are spoken for. Make your reservation now if you plan on attending.
This will be REME's largest event of 2007, in the most beautiful area of the state. Make your hotel reservations NOW! RSVP on the club calendar NOW!
email me with any questions.

Okay, its now too late to get guaranteed rooms at guaranteed prices at the hotel the group is staying at... not to worry (too much anyway)... there still may be rooms available there.
If they do run out of rooms, remember you don't have to stay at same motel as the group, you can stay anywhere close by! But don't procrastinate any further. Make your hotel reservations and RSVP on the REME calendar today.
