6/23 Mt. Mitchell
BOB EVANS I-77 exit 25 - 8:00am departure, come at 6:45 am for a 7 am breakfast - Charlotte crew here
Mooresville I-77 exit 36 WALMART PARKING LOT - 8:30am departure - Bill and Daniel here
Statesville - exit 49A we'll pick a spot right off the exit - 9:00am departure - Who's here? Do we need this stop?
WILKESBORO I-77 and 421N exit 73A sit on off ramp, then hook up with Mark and everybody else - 11:15-11:30am departure
STARTING LOCATION FOLLOWS:
We'll all meet in Charlotte at Bob Evans to eat and plan to leave at 8 a.m.
NO MALL STOP, replaced by Bob Evans.
Heading North on I-77 On Exit 25
Make a left off of the ramp -
Cross over I-77

Make a left at stoplight and then a left into the parking lot.

There may also be a few folks from the Raleigh area and eastern NC driving up the Virginia Beach for the GWR attempt on 6/10... still confirming and then will figure out logistics...

I have to cancel on VIR, but I plan to make the Mt Mitchell run for sure.
Mooresville exit 36 or 33 what ever works better for Bill will work for me. IF exit 36 I would suggest the Walmart parking lot. That early on the weekend it should not be too much of a fight with traffic.

Anna, I hope he has it too! Sue, PM sent. Paul, hope to see you and Blimey with the W/S and G'boro crew when we hook up. Art, Jason, Luke, everybody else, I think I've got plenty of time in there for the 6/23 run, do we want to leave later, take more time at stops, just play it by ear?
Bill and Daniel, are you reading this? Any ideas? I think we're picking you guys up near Mooresville right?
We can use cells and FRS to make sure we don't leave anybody behind, that's the main thing...

For the Charlotte group!
When we meet at the I-77 hwy 421 exchange, we will be making this a running join the group gathering. My suggestion is to park on the off ramp to 421 and when we get close you can exit and join the group. We will all be on channel 20/20 and announce when we are close. There is no real place to stop at that interchange. We will be stoping just a little further up in Wilkesboro at a gas station for a short break.
