Change your car's color in photoshop. NSF 56k

I got this from another forum I frequent.

I used the pics off recent members ride.

original

Duplicate layer , IMAGE > Adjustments > Hue and Saturation , check colorized. I like using Green , seems to work better.

delete the background, windows , grilles, wheels, trim, this method is a lot more forgiving than trying to lasso the car.

Back to the Hue and Saturation tool , slide the Hue for color , and Saturation for richness of the color. enjoy

Ruby Red

Smoke

Burnt Orange

Color shift Green , Using the Photo filter tool.

royal purple
I did my car:

I wish it was this color :(

Post your results!!

Nice trick....I've done similar w/ BMW press photos to recreate sexy pics of my MINI. I also tried this w/ the original sketches of R50...changing it from CR to IB. At present, I've got some sketches of R56 I'm working with.

You did way better than I did. I gave up after a couple of failed tries. Just not good at photoshop.

You did just fine! With those red mirror caps, your car would look nice in yellow

i personally like the purple the best. If I would paint my car another color, it would be marbro red or laguna blue
