Owner's Lounge Details: Cloth

I'm very happy to have received a production number and am anxiously awaiting any sliver of info on my Cooper S, but have noticed a couple quirks under the Owner's Lounge Order Details, even after the 2nd day update. For those of you who opted for the Checkered Cloth seats... was it listed in the factory options section online?
Just to bring you up to speed - I caught a small discrepancy earlier this week and was given a new production number. My MA has been very cool and assured me that the cloth is actually there, only not listed. Most likely I'm over thinking this, but have a feeling I'm among friends and won't get razzed too much for being overly-anxious .

On one sheet mine says under the heading "cockpit":

Cloth: Checkered Carbon Black/Black

And on another page under the heading "uphostery":

ATE1 Cloth Checkered Carbon Black

Not sure where the different printouts originated but it is listed.

It is common for things not to be listed, but actually in the build specs. My cloth/leather, colorline, Nav, tire selection and LSD were not listed at various times on the site. For peace of mind, have your MA fax you the actual build sheet from the factory.

I just looked and my cloth seats didn't show up in the OL. I wouldn't worry much about what it says there as long as your MA says everything is fine. And you have exactly your specs in writing from the dealer.

They really need to fix the OL in a number of ways, but it seems like it would be simple to have a "Factory Option Details Coming Soon" message until they have them correct.

Wow, thanks for the fast replies. That definately helps, I'll be running around near the dealership tonight, so I'll just swing by and get a copy of the build sheet.

Yup, no mention of seats in the "REVIEW ORDER DETAILS" of the Owner's Lounge for my car either.

Yes, the build sheet is the definitive answer. For some reason the html version in the owners lounge is incomplete. It could be because of the millions of combinations that customers use.

Btw,
You will like the cloth seats. They look great, and are complemented nicely by the CooperWorks checkered floor matts. They are also quite comfy. Though I haven't been on a long enough drive yet to see what they are really like. Definitely a huge improvement over the previous MINIs.

The lounge showed I was getting the chrome mirrors but I never discussed getting this option and not on the build sheet I signed. I emailed my MA just to make sure I was not paying for this but I was not opposed to it. I thought maybe it was added beacuse of another option or something. The next day it was not there and showed black mirrors. I am not sure if the MA changed it. She must have after my email or is the response not that quick in the lounge?.

My options took awhile to get synced up. The dealer changed an allocation order to my order - for awhile it looked like I had a CR/B MC instead my LiB/W MCS. I didn't check everything in detail and when we went to pick up my car it had the wrong wheels. It was ordered wrong. We're going back next week to get the replacement set. You should definitely check with your MA on every detail.

My MA told me it would take a few days for all the things to show up and "look" like my car in the specs. Everything is now listed, except the seats, no mention of them at any point. It's on the boat now.
