Hey , I found a vinyl guy here in NJ that is willling to make my custom badges in smaller quantities . He thinks he can do them for $5.50 each in lots of 6 .
This would be .038 - .040 thick. But if I ordered more he could get thicker ones but would cost more. Sweet !
Now I just have to figure out a graphic program .

I can't believe this market has not been tapped into better, especially by the vendors that have touched on it. Seems to me that this could be a bit of a gold mine for the right person.

I like the badge idea with the stripes. I'll be needing one in red with white stripes soon. I'm still playing with the idea of the Shelby like stripes to match the Hubby's Shelby GT500.

That's awesome, zonedguy! Not that I'm not grateful (I've already saved the image for use later!), but are you also able to manipulate the angle of the stripes? I was thinking darker green background w/ the black pinstriped whites at an angle - stripes called "original?" (instead of sport stripes, or viper stripes, etc.) like on my car... Boy, this idea has taken off, hasn't it!?

 

Yes I think that's possible....though a darker green I'd have to regenerate for you. I don't have a BRG to compare against and I've trained Photoshop to use only websafe colors at the moment.

OH, I so have to have this one!!! The only change I'd prefer is a change up to block lettering for the SHELBY JR.

 

I can't wait to get my badges. I think I'll try to trade them first, since I'm noticing a trend towards trading personal ones.
