:: Out Motoring :: Collectable Limted Edition Poster
If you have not seen the new Limited Edition Signed poster, I thought I would drop a post here so those interested in all things collectible would know that it exists.

If any of you have questions about the design or anything else related to the poster, I am happy to have John Weber any questions as he is an active member of NAM and a local Columbus Ohio MINI owner and friend. Fire away....

I have to chime in and say that doing this poster was a lot of fun and quite a challenge at the same time. Collecting the parts from the Out Motoring warehouse was like some sort of Christmas dream, although in the end in had to give all the presents back! The harder part was to take everything and with many hours of photography, outlining, and adjusting, form them into something "recognizable".
Thanks for noticing the detail. It's unbelievable how much time I can spend doing just the edges of the objects in these collages.
We had thought about doing C-prints from a lab for these but the tests weren't as good as the inkjet I showed that day and the final prints are even cleaner. The kind of screen technique the printer used actually creates a continuous tone look to the image. A 300 line screen really helps with the detail.
When technology is not totally frustrating, it can be pretty amazing!
