3 week wait for service at Dreyer and Reinbold
My R53 has a check engine light on for a O2 sensor.
The rep. at Dreyer and Reinbold said that they are booking service 3 weeks out. I told them I was concerned that damage might occur.
They wouldn't go for it, so my car is parked while I wait.
This makes me think twice about future Mini purchases.
There is only one dealer in the state and I have to wait 3 weeks to get in.
Unacceptable.
