Development of composition
Ace Shot
Very sweet shot.
~ Great leading line pulls you through the image.
~ Not too much in the foreground to over ride the viewpoint.
~ The dark vinyette gives a comfortable enclosed feel to it.
~ The fore ground in focus coupled with the motion blur gives the realistic feeling of driving.
~ So is that what you were looking for?
In other words, freaking next to perfect composition (only thing missing is the big smile on your face while driving)

I like the photo, but in an ideal world the entire MINI would be in focus.
At least to me, it looks like the sweet spot that is in focus is somewhere around the rear of the MINI and the front of the cab.
Other than that, it looks great.

Motor, what's your photo subject (e.g. what are you trying to convey to the viewer)? Do you feel you succeeded? I ask only because I'm too daft to get fine art sometimes and need it explained to me.
"stuck between a rock and a hard place"?
"stuck between a rock and a hard place"?
more the clash of jagged white rock and smooth black MINIs excersice in dicotemy.

I've been thinking of posting something here.
I just like this shot for some reason:

Did I break any rule about the horizon at the beltline trim? Seems to work for me in this case. Abandonded roads are great for unusual positioning of the car.

Doesn't show off the car any, but I like the curves of the two gutters aligning. What's with curves in this shot? The first shot is straight lines. Maybe I'm reading too much into this random lucky shot.

Great shot. Almost looks like a Lensbaby, but without the distortion.
