"Before the beginning of brilliance, there must be chaos." I think this perhaps applies here?

ok I took a few shots, nothing anygood, now it's time to figure out how to put them on my camera.

It's amazing how much I've missed the real "click noise" of the shutter, man it feels soooo good. Ahhhhhhhhhh the sound of a real camera...mmmmmmmmm

****-now you have to teach the wife "processing" (a-k-a photoshop) some of those shots are quite good, they just need some minor adjustments in color.

gokart-I couldn't have said it better myself

Kurt-try telling him that, hahahahaha...he's like "Here's your present! you better learn it before I get home or I'm taking it back!" hahahahaha

Qwyk-awww yeah....doing the happy dance

everyone esle-pictures coming soon....big shoot tomorrow...yayyyyyyy...all though I don't know how we'll weather in 110 degrees, eek!

I'm not sure I have the patience for that. I did play around with them myself.

Dang, I hadn't seen any posts from you here in a while. Thought you moved down under and were hibernating.

A Nikon CoolPix S series can be had for less and still capture cool candids.

I looked at the Nikon

DSC H1 has 12x opt. zoom plus digital zoom, and the speed from pic to pic on the sony is much faster then that nikon. Sony H1 is good for taking zoom action shots, like at Sea World.

So those really good pics you have posted in the past have been taken with a point and shoot? Wow.. can't wait to see what you do with a SLR. Which one is that? It looks like a 30D... Looks like you got some extra goodies there too.. What are the other lenses?

awww shucks, once again thanks guys. I'm hoping to have some new artsy pics posted soon. Quite possibly later tonight. First order of business is uploading the not so artsy shots from this weekend.

34Mini-I really couldn't tell you what my goodies are. The lense in Black and blues photo was lent to me by Kilo and it totally kicked butt...one more thing to add to the want list
