A couple pictures with this nice young lady. I'd never done a model shoot before so I felt a bit foolish telling her where to position herself.

Seriously, nice pics! I'm a bit interested in photography, but have never tried 'glamour-type' pics before because I'm not sure how to have the model pose, etc. I applaud your efforts.

 

So tell us the story. How did this shoot come about?
I like the second pic, you can see the model's face a lot better.
The first pic can use a little more fill on account of her being in the shadows.

Local MOMO event we had here in town. They had a whole gaggle of girls!

(They are looking at the other photographer.)
I went up and asked her if I could shoot her on my car!
I titled the first picture, "So, you wanna ride in my car?"

That one is my favorite out of the set.

Juan's right about the first one and the shadows. The cars in the background on that one hurt the "model shoot" feel to it too.

Don't mind me though. I have talked about doing something like this, but haven't done it yet myself. Maybe later this summer.

I see the air bags have deployed.

 

Honestly I didn't like that one too much. The blown out lights and soft texture kind of turned me off. None of those pictures were edited save for cropping and minor WB adjustment.

 

I thought the MINI Seven was a Cooper Model only available in England

I have the Seven door sills, outer graphics, window thingy, and piano dash. I lack the wheels, flat black grille, shift **** and seats. I want the shift ****.

That group shot is quite nice, aside from them looking the wrong way. That has the best lighting, IMO, with no bad reflections on the car. (Interesting that a couple of them are wearing Newman-Haas jackets from their K-Mart sponsored days.) The second one is quite nice, too, aside from the reflections and background. And maybe she looks just a bit uncomfortable with the way her arms are positioned. I also like that one you left out (again, aside from the reflections and the cars in the background).
