Some photos from a recent motor:
Sorry about the quality, I suck at photography.

I love to see unique graphics!
post the photo of your side mirror! (the folks in the exterior/interior mods forum might want to see the side mirrors too
-something different-you could post there too)

Hey 3 Kitchens, the background scenery looks very nice.
Can you give setup?
Camera- digital/film?
Settings?

Blah, blah, blah?
(What's your favorite beer? )

This attempt was so low-tech as to be embarrasing. Disposable 35mm camera, processed on to CD-ROM at Wally-world.

Well, that's pretty cool for disposable!

Hi from Aridzona.

We all started somewhere taking pictures. I still need to read the owner's manual, again, for the camera I'm using!

I was thinking of taking a drive over to the land of Chili Red peppers in search of a store with a bunch of peppers that I could park by. Know of any such place?

Where's our snow?

89AKurt, there is a store here in town with massive quantities of chili ristras hanging out front, but they have a tall chain link fence out front also. I'll look around for photo ops. There is always the Hatch area; lots of farmers selling chilis out of the truck.

Ooh, ooh; a thought. Our local MINI club (NMMINIMotoring) is doing a Carlsbad Caverns run mid-January. Maybe you could time your trip to join us?

Exactly my sentiments, they almost have a "Lomo" look to them.

You'd probably love the LC-A.

Hounddog, those were taken at Water Canyon, off of HWY 60 between Socorro and Magdalena. Very pretty spot; my photos don't do it justice.

Any chance of asking to drive behind fence? Not Italian Job style, but ask.
I'll consider your offer of Carlsbad.

Nice pics, I thought they looked familiar! My wife and I just took a road trip from Southern CA to New Mexico...my dad has some property just outside Pie Town. We were in our Jeep but it's roads like you show in your pics that make us wish we were in the Mini!!

There's really a Wally-World? I thought that was just fiction from Vacation.

OK, I know you're from Maryland, but try to keep up; Wally-world = Walmart.

Just kidding. I'm also from MD. Bladensburg to be exact.

Did WalMart (I call it ChinaMart) bulldoze a mountain or fill a valley to build near you? They did here.
Gee, I should post some sceanery shots to get some attention...

89AKurt,
No, they got the only piece of flat ground available in town. Still looking for chili opportunities; the fence thing is out, not enough room to get a car in there.
