milltek just installed
I was bored, and decided to actually use my camcorder because I wanted to hear my milltek cat back I just installed. Unfortunately, I don't have anyone to videotape, so I had to use my tripod.

I'm not being negative - look at the two pictures - one are shiny and chrome - the others look like rusted coffee cans - I'm asking what the heck is going on with those tips? Something is very OBVIOUSLY different.

Great vid Supr!
I love the debadged look on the jet black also! So much easier to wax and stuff probably, too.
So, here's a strange thing with my Milltek that might just be coincidence...
I was at Bimmer's Clinic last month having Randy to my pulley and (thinking my exhause sounded a bit louder than I remember) I found that the passenger side bolt on the rear flange was missing. The other bolt was tight, but this one was gone. George at Bimmer's was kind enough to offer me "proper" exhaust bolts - they are pinkish-orange in color and the nut is locking with washer built-in. His guy replaced both rear flange bolts (I had used the ones provided with lock washers and I THOUGHT I had torqued them properly) and I figured I was set.
The other day, as I was driving home I noticed a rattling sound at idle. I opened my window and my exhaust was a bit loud again. I climbed under the car when I got home and, sure enough, the passenger side bolt was loose. This time, however, since the nut was a lock nut (it's a bit eccentric or has some other locking technology built in), the bolt hadn't fallen out.
I tightened it up again, real good, but I'm going to have to keep an eye on it.
Seems strange that only the one side would vibrate loose. Any ideas?

I've been enjoying my Milltek since the early spring. The sound is addicting and the construction is first rate. I did need to tweak the hangers and tailpipes a tad to make sure stuff lined up perfectly, but this is to be expected, especially since I am so fussy about such things.
I've had problems with the driver's side bolt. Lost one at the track. Replaced it and now check it every month or so to make sure it's holding.
