Some sportbikes from Willow Springs

Not really MINI related at all, but that's acceptable here yes?

Anyway, these were shot a few days ago at Willow Springs Raceway in California with a D70 and Nikkor 70-300mm 4-5.6G lens.

Shooting info
1) 1/100s @f32 ~150mm
2-4)1/1000s @f8 200mm

Let me know what you think.

Cool pictures and nice shots. Was open track day or a race?

Very cool. The second one is my favorite.

I need to get out to a track now that I have a good zoom.

Very nice shots. It is unfortunate that the camera always makes hills look so flat. As you know the riders in the third shot are coming up a fairly steep hill. This is my favorite part of that track. Although the last time I was there (June of this year) I lowsided and slide off the track just about where rider 215 is. Luckily I was not hurt at all, no bruises, soreness or anything. My Ducati was not so lucky but with some new parts off ebay it is all back together. I need to get back out there soon.
