MINI in Motion (updated 2/14)
Back in early December, I decided to pull the how-to down, after four months of no one else making an honest attempt at it, and turned the first post into more of a showcase of my progression.

I think I'm in love with your camera.

BTW, these most recent pictures were done with a Nikon D70 and the 18-70mm "kit" lens that comes bundled with the camera.
That said, I have also taken these types of pictures with my 2.5 year old Nikon 4300 P&S camera, so no special camera is really required.

Dave,
I noticed this pic on your sig yesterday when I got back home.

At the time, the link led to nowhere until today.
The ghostly palm trees in the background mesmerize me. Motion blurring accentuates the MINI. I agree with the other posters, it is an excellent image.
Stats? Time of day? Filters? (ND? Filter factors?) Location?
I couldn't get much EXIF stuff.

when I first saw the palm trees and the blur full size on the monitor after the upload (and not on that postage stamp LCD).

Edit: after looking at my existing vacations that are already planned, I don't have the vacation time to travel to other locations.
