I had the luck to catch the Wreck-Of-The-Weekend at the Prescott Rally. I was working the Finish of the last stage, this was the leader, about 300 yards from the finish.

Nice shot! '67 is my favorite year for the Beetle.

Great stuff. I wish I knew PS better, I want to do some rig shooting, but am lost in the post processing.

Here's my contribution, fun with some extension tubes:





These are grains of sand from my home islands signature beaches, Bermuda Pink Sand. The story of how it is pink, and why the beaches on the south side are pink is NOT romantic or beautiful, it's fish poop. The "beaked" fish eat the reef, and then poop. This poop is what now is the sand, and after thousands of years, it washes up with ocean currents, and that's it. So. all of that wonderfully beautiful, and unique pink sand is just some fishy poo, lol.

 

Had a great turn out at the Coffee Hooligans meeting this morning - 10 MINI's in all!!!! The best attendance yet !!! -- I wish I would have brought my big camera - all I had was my iphone.....

 

Are those Tiki style Bonnet stripes?? Where can I get my hands on those?! Off to Google!
