If you're in the Chicagoland area (or anywhere even close to Chicago) and interested in possibly joining the new Chicago MINI Motoring Club please send me (gabriel@bridger.us) your email address and preferred name. If you've been recieving email from the club and would like to change your listed address or opt out of the emails altogether feel free let me know.

The reasoning behind this request is that I'd like to build an Excel database of all those interested in joining the new club in order to keep everyone better informed upcoming events like the Italian Job pre-screening later this month. This list will serve as a primary means of communication (along with bridger.us/MINI ) until we get the offical club site up and running.

Finally if some of you out there that have MINI clubs or are starting them have any advice on the issue of contact lists feel free to let us know. As always ideas on best practices are greatly appreciated.
