EB/W MCS (Nebraska plate)on the Newport Bridge (RI)
It wasn't me but...
I am from Nebraska do you have the first 1 or 2 digits in the plate as that denotes the county the vehicle is from for example 52-C660 is a Kearney County plate or a 9 in place of 52 would be a Buffalo County plate. Moreover if the first characters in the plate are 3 letters followed by 3 more characters that would be Omaha or Lincoln area plate. Hope this helps a little.
Thanks for the help...I have seen this car a few times since posting, and actually pulled up next to the owner at a red light once. She claims to have done nothing to the suspension, but it does sit lower than stock. She was very friendly, but I suspect, the second owner.
Thanks again...
Thanks again...
