i'm looking to compile a list of shops that do good work relating (and not) to our minis.

personally, i am currently looking for a shop to do my window tint that doesnt overcharge (i've heard many shops do it for $100 with lifetime warranty).

the Midwest is a large area my friend. Where are you located, and how far are you willing to travel.

could've sworn i typed that in there...

i'm in the central and northeast ohio region. but for a good, reliable (and reasonably priced) garage, i'll travel a tad for small 1 day jobs.

i also thought maybe people would pitch in and let the rest of us in on places they go to for their work if they know that particular garage has been good to them.

for a tinting job, i'd probably travel, at most, a couple of hours (2, maybe 3)

fess up with your local tuner/modifier/etc that doesnt charge out the anus and does good work.

well, so far, i found one place that i know for a fact has done mini's in the past.

www.mrtint.com for window tinting
they charge $160 for the sides and the back, they use llumastar and 3m and some other one that i forget. they dont do the windshield, but they do do a strip on the top of the windshield ($20 extra)

miracle shield in parma has done my car for some paint protection thing that i think is alright... dont know if they're all that great quite yet, but we'll see. but they did do a good job in terms of not messing up anything on my car.

currently still looking for a place that will do tinting (including the windshield) for 100-200 and use decent film.
