Well, it's official: Motor City MINI is opening the doors at their new location Monday, September 22nd, 2003. I'll stop by in the evening to check out the new space, which looks awesome from the outside.

The New Motor City MINI is located on the northeast corner of M-59 and Dequindre Rd.

The new facility offers dedicated MINI service and a huge service bay, so no longer do we have to grudgingly mooch off the BMW staff at the old facility.

 

cool - well not really as i will have to go in get my expansion bottle replaced, the mud is making its way out:p)

Ryan- MUCH thanks for the update. I live in Bloomfield Hills, so I'm mad excited to see the dealer so much closer to me now :smile:

I'll most certainly have to drop by one of these days!

I live in St. Clair Shores and this move is a big bummer to me as I was only three miles from the old Motor City Mini site. Oh well, I'm glad to hear that the new site is more spacious than the old one that was so cramped that the dealer was forced to park their new Minis' in the rear of the Olive Garden restaurant because of the lack of parking space.

Everyone enjoying the chilly mornings? I went to the new dealer about 2 weeks ago-
MUCH better than the old. Spacious, nice service bays. The dealer is connected
inside to the BMW dealer. They also have weekend hours now, Saturday 10AM-2PM. Yes, David. G was there :smile: No service on Sat, tho :evil:
