Good Morning! I ordered my first Mini last night-then spent all night on this forum learning new things!

I've ordered a 2013 MCSc Spice Orange with Polar interior. I'm calling it Dreamsicle. (Anyone remember those?) I have not gotten a production date yet, I was told I would by Friday.

This is kinda my mid-life crisis car. I have two children ages 20 & 15. It's becoming a rare thing to have them both in my car, so I'm selling the SUV and getting my first fun zoom zoom car.

All the concerns I have all stem from the distance to the dealership. It's a 3 hour drive one way if I have any problems. That worries me a bit.... I'm a busy professional driving a lot for my job. (I'm a crisis mental health therapist)

I live in Madera, could you tell me about Mini life close by? I'd like to join a club and attend some rides from time to time.

I'm sure I won't be getting my sleep, or work done until my new Mini is home safe in my garage!
