A bit expensive, but you want it, you got it...

You don't necessarily need to spend $400. There are definitely other options, new and refurbished.

The wheel you're looking for is an OEM MINI R98, or "Web Spoke", but you might have better luck searching eBay for things like "genuine MINI wheel" or "OEM MINI wheel".

Check the NAM marketplace, or post a wanted ad. Also, consider craigslist. I found one R98 in an expired ad for $100.

I'd also recommend checking in with your MINI dealer. The parts department might have a take-off R98 available. This might have a couple of miles on it, look and spin like new, but will be priced at a discount.

Good luck!

The exorbitant cost of those wheels is what made me decide to switch to aftermarket wheels once one of my web spokes was destroyed by potholes. However That led me to be selling off the remaining three. So keep an eye out for people like I was, left with unneeded r98 rims waiting to be parted out. Good luck!

Ok I think I am just going to go with new wheels. New problem! Black or Machined? Not sure which would look good with this color Blue. I kind like these from ASA. Has anyone used them?

I totally preffer the silver/aluminum look (that's just me though). Here's another option that looks similar - full set for $465 to your door off eBay! - http://tinyurl.com/237lz8u

Ok my wheel needs have become urgent. The one that was cracked is now leaking.
Does anybody have a set of wheels cheap.
I have 3 good R98 webspokes if that helps.
I will take S-lights or after market. just need cheap. Will be a month before I can get my new rims.

You might want to try one of the companies that sell OEM wheels such as:
capitalwheels.com
wheelx.com
originalwheels.com
I have purchased from capital wheels. I got nice OEM wheels at a good price and delivered quickly because they came from Los Angeles.

I remember seeing a NAM Marketplace post for a set of S-Lights for $160 but I do not recall where they were so it could be expensive to ship.
