Well, we are hanging out in front of a bank. Remember The Italian Job, not quite the same, but in the same vein.

I'm really liking this ScanGuage install that Chef & JIMINNImachine have installed. Looks way cool, easy to view & is spitting out some useful information. Was it a fairly easy install?

Joseph, welcome aboard & glad to have you as part of the MidCal crew. I'm merging this thread with our general conversation thread. As you have questions, feel like throwing out a comment, postings pictures, etc. post in "Big Thanks" since that's the running dialogue of the bunch.

Yep, already done. I don't leave a thread trail after the merge.

Which are better? Konig or Rota wheels. I am looking at replacing the S-lites that I have for a better wheel that is actually lighter. Give me a Sign

P.S. Welcome to NAM Joseph

What size are you looking at and would you stay with OEM if you could?

Are you open to other makes/models? There's a number of 14lb'ers out there. Dr.Steve & I are running SSR's and at least for me, I luv em'. Do you want weight, offset for BBK, spoke, color.....what are you looking to achieve?

Latest MOD

Dr. Steve is the MAN and makes our great cars even better. It's nice when a car leaves the shop and the owner has to do a U turn, stops in front of the shop gets out of the car and then looks at the exhaust tips because their car sounds so good.

Some things happen others are designed but CMS does have everything for the Mini. Is it time for AMVIV yet??

I saw a set of Bright Green 17" wheels in both Konig and Rota that I like. I want to be able to put a BBK eventually on the car

M7 rates it at about 8.9 hp, I do notice the blow off alot more and you can hear the engine sucking the air in. Makes me wonder how much I was restricting it before this mod went on. Small tube or big opening? As for the butt dyno I thought it was my gas pushing the bubble but time will tell

Had a awesome day at Mynes yesterday Mike and Jason are great people. Fracky still has the top peak number but the NitroStick showed its stuff, gains in HP and TQ all the way until 7400rpm where he got me by 2 hp. Even though on the computer screen it did flash 213, but it didn't post it as a number? But thats cool, I'm humble and will give my bud Joe the top spot

Niiice. You had a crazy wtqe difference though, so I'm already checking with Lynn & Mike on that. Dr.Steve might be plumbing my NO2 a lot sooner than he'd planned.

I've almost got the "pedestal" position clear again so I can work on it between other jobs. All the used parts are off the floor and the computer stuff is starting to move. You don't have to get your garage door fixed in a hurry if you don't want to.

Steve

Felicia says she doesn't want green but I like the color and it stands out on the orange I just do not want black or white or grey I want to stick with 17" and later put on a BBK.
