Chris,
It would probably help to know the quantity of each of the food items ie ....100#'s or 10#'s of Red Potatoes, carrots, Parsnips etc. I know, it depends on how many are planning attending and that the Chef has enough. See Ya on Sat......

Thanks for the time posting. Count Kikimowse and Bitzie in for the wake dinner. We can bring the salad and a variety of dressings.

Ok, I'll get the onions. I don't even know what a parsnip looks like. I can do the red potatoes, too, if no one else takes them.

Talk to Joe, I don't know anything about a meeting.

Drive starts at 1PM
In between the start of the run and dinner there will be the wake. I'm not sure what time thats going to happen.
Dinner starts at 6PM

Due to a definite lack of interest among most MidCal members up until just two weeks ago, we made the decision to make this more of a St. pattys party instead of a MidCal party as such we will have invited 10 to 12 non-MidCal people too.

C-Dub, I'll call you tonight & then we'll lunch tomorrow. Since we already have two dedicated MINI weekends in March, it doesn't make any sense to take a 3rd evening out of peoples' schedules to cover what we can cover while we're all together on Saturday night. This way we can have our cake & eat it too- literally.

There really won't be a "meeting" per se, we'll just all be hanging out & joking with JIMINNImachine about modding his car.

The Cheese is for an appitizeter, ckeck with Fracky or CW for a head count. My guess would be about 2-3#

OK late Thursday afternoon and we are looking over the list and asking if anything additional needed.
Let me know before 9:00 Saturday morning and we will pick up. Either by email or on this thread. Some of you may even have my cell no.

I picked up a pound of Irish Butter from my favorite grocery store tonight. I will also stay tuned-in here to see what else is needed.
