I've been on drives before with a 'non-mini'. They do tend to have the non-mini caboose/bring-up-the-rear, but it's generally accepted that certain situations prevent some from the joys of motoring in a mini. Kinda depends on the group and the outing and your personality. just my 2 cents.
It also depends on what you are driving and your general attitude. If you show up in a Hummer and act like a jerk we might not be as friendly as if you drove a Ferrari and bought us breakfast
These comments are a joke and are not meant to offend people who drive Hummers who could run me over, you guys are all great keep up the good work.
Hahah. I've never been on a MINI outing, but I've had plenty of sportbike rides where we were joined by cruisers, goldwings and 400CC highway scooters, and no one got upset! I'd agree it's all about your personality. If you're a nice guy/gal I don't see why anyone would be offended.
FWIW I think it is going to be much harder to keep these modern cars running when they become old crocks. I do not look forward to rebuilding the ecu. Bet there is a whole lot of smoke in them things just waiting to come out.
I guess I don't have to worry. I've always will have trusty old blue to get me there as long as the points, dissy and other items don't break. it is British LOL
Well at least now I know u guys have a sense of humor. I was going to invite a friend and his BMW. However I did not know that it was totalled by a fallen dumpster at his work. My cousin is also intrested in going.
