Yep very interesting article. No surprises there though. If ya drive on track it's on your dime. Drive accordingly.

I thought the most interesting part was how the insurance companies figured out a way to get out of claims if there was timing equipment at the location...now wouldn't a police plane that times cars to get their speed be timing equipment on almost every highway in the USA??? Woops now the insurance companies will be getting out of all claims!!!!

I also thought it was interesting that they could not find a balance between premiums and payouts that works. And lastly I really like the guy who just bought another car
