Hi everyone! On Saturday, November 23rd at 10:30am we will be having a drive in Pennsylvania!
It is a 60 mile trek that loops around starting and ending at the Holiday Inn in Morgantown, PA. According to my friend John who is so generously helping me plan this out, we can stop for lunch at Shady Maple Restaurant about halfway through our drive (apparently they have a great buffet!) The journey will take us through parts of Berks, Lancaster and Chester Counties.
The Holiday Inn also has a lounge if the group wants to get together there after the run!

Please let me know via email or private message if you are interested in joining us.....It should be a fantastic drive!

Cheers!
L.Mini

WOO-HOO! Excellent!

I was wondering how long it would be before I had the chance to take G.I.R. out with his peers. Am terribly excited. Hopefully, I'll have my bonnet stripes before then.

Anyway, this isn't email or private message, so I'll shut up now.

SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! Yes! Yes! More people come! Just think of the opportunity... you'll get to meet ME! Yes, meet the all powerful Jeremy! He slices, he dices, he even pureés! Able to leap giant buildings in a single bound! Able to make women swoon, even if all they see is the tip of his pinky toe! Yes, folks, be the first to experience the thrill that is Jeremy. Marvel at his Mini, Sprog, who took him through Washington DC, and had beggars try to figure what kind of car it was! Yes, if you join up now, you'll get a free space of air, yes! Think of the things you can do with your very own brand new clean, clear, breathable, freshly oxygenated space of air! Wow folks, I can hardly contain myself... what would you expect to pay for this package in stores? $500? $1000? $1,000,000!?!? NO! If you act now, you can be in his presence for just three easy payments of $79.95 (add S&H and applicable state taxes.) And as a gift just for driving, you can have the honor of buying him a beer! Yes, folks, think of the stories you can tell your friends... that you actually bought Jeremy Adams, THE Jeremy Adams, not some impersonator, but the real deal, the big kahunga, the man himself, a beer with your very own money! Oh the kids will love it, the kids will love it! Contact L. Mini now for details on the event! Or you can even e-mail Jeremy! SarcuxKSU@msn.com ! But all he'll do is direct you to L.! Or just beat you repeatedly over the head with an overgrown two-headed trout with no lymph nodes. The choice is yours! SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY!

Duh, I knew it was saturday, but who ever announces something going "SATURDAY SATURDAY SATURDAAAAAAAAAAY!" No self respecting announcer could do that! It has to be "SUNDAAAAY!" I dunno why... maybe it inflates their egos or something, ehe. Or maybe they've just been hit in the head too many times with the football... one of these days they'll learn that wearing a helmet can help that...

Hey all....a slight change in itinerary for the Pennsylvania drive on the 23rd of November.....

Rather than make the stop for lunch halfway through the drive, we are going to do the whole drive and then regroup at the Holiday Inn to go to the restaurant, which is only about 8 miles away....

More details as they develop!

Just a reminder that the Mid-Atlantic Pennsylvania Run is only a week away! If you think you can come drop me a line so that John can contact the restaurant where we will be having lunch to let them know how many people to expect!

You seem to have mistakenly thought that I was COMPLAINING about my Two hour drive. Pshaw, As If, and NOT!

Hey, could someone be a pal and give me the address of the Holliday Inn? Or at least what road it's on? Or some landmarks, or somehting? Hmm?

Has anyone else been confounded by weather? I have been trying to give GIR a bath for a week now, and have been conspired against by combinations of weather and darkness. Bah! So you all will see a Dirtiy GIR QAR.

PS: In case anyone cares the Holiday Inn at Morgantown is where my wedding reception was! The food is pretty good and the beer is tasty

See you tomorrow. Hope the weather cooperates.
