I have decided that my MINI Should get a nice painted set of bonnet stripes and a clear bra to protect them. I also decided that while I was away on my honeymoon would be a great time to do it! That means I will need to have it done in the Va Beach/Norfolk area, as that's where I'll be flying out of. Trouble is, I currently live in Philly, and don't know any of the shops down there. Where should I go? I want to go mild custom with the stripes (a candy green crinkle finish), and I'm looking for a shop that has experience with "very curvy cars," as I've been told the MINI bonnet is challenging for layout; I believe it.

Any reccommendations? Thanks!

 

Ok, how about just a paint shop? I realized that I'll probably have to wait a while before I put the clear bra on anyway, as the paint will have to cure.

After you get the paint completed. I would wait at least 3 weeks before putting the clear bra over the paint. The paint will need to cure.
