My engine lost most of its power and various warning lights came on during my drive from Florida to New Jersey a couple of days ago. Just wanted to thank Towson for a) only being 7 miles away at the time, and b) getting me back on the road the same day with a fully functional (and clean) MINI!!!!

That is great to hear...I bought my MCS there and it's great to hear that they take care of out-of-towners too!

Hmph!

Glad to hear that they got you back on the road. I think their service department is one of the better ones out there. What was wrong?

But I have never gotten a cleaned car back from them, even when it was implied before the service, recall or warantee work I had done. They must not like me for some reason. :???:

The parts counter people are first rate, helpful and knowledgeable though.

Apparently it was a malfunction in the computer. The service guy said he detected multiple faults. He reset the computer and all has been well ever since!

You too? So it's my CAR they dont like, not me. I was beginning to take it personally. Yeah right.

Glad to hear it was an easy fix!
