Plug for Moritz in Arlington
I bought my car from Ernestine Finley with Moritz Mini and was handed over to Jarrod Hopper when Ernestine left. I picked the car up on a Friday and drove home to Austin just to discover some paint issues on Monday. I tried some various Prima products but nothing was really cutting it...
I called Jarrod the following week, mostly to let him know that there was an issue...didn't expect anything from them. They followed up and got me a free buff from Berli's here in Austin and the car looks great. Was very pleased that they made things right when they could have just written it off since I didn't catch it at delivery.
Thanks Moritz!

Moritz is top-shelf all the way. I just purchased my 2nd Mini from them last week (Chili Red MCS), and they really go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant buying experience. They're the best!
I have to chime in as well. Nice, personable people who were not pressuring you, and they went out of their way to make the financing work out without delay, so we could drive it away the first chance we had to pick it up.
I've been riding by a Moritz dealership of some sort on that corner since the 70's, they just never sold a car I was interested in (upmarket GM vehicles for most of its life, half the lot is still Cadillac, I think.) I am glad they decided to sell the MINI. Besides, otherwise I would have had to go to north Dallas to buy one and have it serviced. I know, not that far compared to some, but ugh, what an awful 45 miles.
I definitely will return to them if/when I wear this one out.

Another Moritz fan here! I moved recently and live right around the corner...I really enjoy driving by seeing all the MINIs out on Lamar. The folks there are great and now that I'm on MINI #2 since '03, I feel like I've interacted with a good number of them. They're always very welcoming when I happen to stop by, and that is very cool!!
