Before I purchase a new exhaust...

I was wondering of anyone out there in MA has a "cat-back" after market exhaust (Milltek, etc.) on a Cooper (which is what I have) or an "S" and had difficulty passing state emissions. This would be in conjunction with a modified intake system also, which would have some affect I would imagine. (I have the DDMworks.)

I understand that starting last year (2011) MA adopted the CA emissions standards, which are quite strict in relation to previous regulations.

Any other owners in a state with the CA standards might know also... (Arizona, Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington, as well as the District of Columbia)
