WTB: 351 Cleveland 4v or Australian Heads

Might be a longshot, but i could really use a set of either 4v or Australian heads for a 351 Cleveland.

If there is a set of closed chamber 4v heads around anywhere, id love to buy them.

Or, if anyone can aquire a set of Aussie heads, id be interested too!!!

Thanks!

I could try help ya find them but freight won't be cheap as they aren't exactly light. You want heads with everything or just bare?

however you have em.

They are still gonna get stripped, magnafluxed, have all the valve work done, etc, all the good stuff, hehe.

Aussies would be the best, but id settle for some closed chamber 4v's.

Thanks!

yeah, ive already posted on multiple mustang forums.

it seems like its getting harder to find cleveland parts.....

i'm looking for factory casting tho, if i wanted a set of aluminum ones, Summit has a set of bare heads for 1600 bucks.... not worth it or a street car

Sorry your right.. Cleveland parts are much rarer now... I was thinking Windsor, which if i remember correctly is what people like to build with these days.. read your other stuff.. your going to need different type of heads if you want to go 427.. do you even need to bore it the cylinder.. or is like a 289 where you can just swap it with a 302?

the car is a rare numbers matching mach 1

odd car, hubcaps on a mach, hood stripe and spoiler delete.... on a mach....go figure.

i just need a few unnoticable parts to beef the motor up a bit, while still being visually 100% stock.

i mean, polyglas gt tires, am radio, factory hub cap stock, lol. its gonna be my little show car.

Hey Rick:
Why don't you e-mail or call Mike Predina, '05 MINI owner, I think President of The Rock-N-Roll Capital Street Machines Car Club and member of MININEO.org and NAM. Mike knows everyone in northeast Ohio in the hotrod world. I am sure Mike can help you out.
FYI, Cruisin Times magazine announced that the Solon Ohio Tuesday night Cruise has once again been voted the No #1 Cruise in Northeast Ohio.
I am really looking forward to another summer of Solon Tuesday night Cruise-ins.
Will your Mach uno be finished by May?
By the way, I am a big blue oval guy from way back...my first car was a '69 Merc. Cougar with a 351W/4speed.

Yeah, i still have to call mike back sometime, maybe this is an excuse to email him now.

Solon is the BEST cruise period, there isnt any competition!

It should be done for March, hopefully, its supposed to go into Autorama with our other cars, but i dont know if thats going to happen. 3 months pretty much from start to finish? thats quite a feat.

If your ever out in mentor, you should stop by the building,. i'll show you around the restoration area, we have a lot of cool cars in here now!

Ok. They've been sitting in my shed since 1989... I'll try to get the numbers off them over the next couple of days.
