Since you don't have to match the color on a contrasting black scoop, you might just want to go down to your local auto parts store and buy a spray can of black auto paint and a spray can of clear coat and do it yourself.

I've had great luck in the past painting small parts this way. It should only take you an evening and you'll take pride in doing a small and fun job yourself. . .
