I've used this for about 6 months. Going light now. So off it goes! The Mini logo looks a little funky in the third photo because I just washed all the parts. Isn't funny that we make our stuff the best it can be so someone else gets to enjoy it?

Good news. I have been considering the removal of mine. It is very convenient, but with any weight (even an empty water container) it squeeks. My MCSa is so quiet this has become an irritant. I will look up the "cupholder removal and patching of holes" forum to learn how to do so. Thanks for this enterprising thread.

 

So it's no big deal. I've heard rumor that yours comes with longer screws, but I have no clue on that..... I bought this one here, so my car didn't come with one.

But they move pretty fast. Seems the going rate is $25 plus shipping, but I just made it easier at $30 including the shipping.
